Foligno is a charming town, not too busy, but full of life. We enjoyed some excellent cooking classes with authentic Italian chefs and some equally excellent restaurant meals. Of course, we didn't spend ALL our time eating! CDV always finds so many unique experiences to enjoy, from making chocolate truffles with a confectionery chef to finding truffles under the oak trees with the help of a hunting dog.
What really makes the difference is the hosts, who share their love of Italy with us as if we were visiting family. By the end of our week together, the entire group is one happy family. With so many different tours exploring so many different locations, we often find ourselves planning to meet in a year or two to celebrate La dolce vita. You're welcome to join us!
